Hi! I'm Maria Kutscher, Partner at Experienced Advisor Consulting

I have spent my entire career helping advisors grow their business. In my role as a coach and consultant, I represents advisors exclusively along their journey to greater freedom, control and independence... and ultimately, greater happiness.

Whether you're seeking a change from your wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, or RIA, or exploring the launch of your own RIA, I can educate and advocate for you every step along the way.

I help advisors in three ways:

Finding the right firm (W-2/1099) or launching/joining an RIA.
Managing the due diligence process from beginning to end.
Helping to negotiate the best deal for the advisor & clients.

Professional Background

Ms. Kutscher has achieved a distinguished career in wealth management spanning over 30 years. She has served as a financial advisor at UBS and U.S. Trust, branch manager at PaineWebber, and branch/complex director at RBC. She was also managing director, regional director, and an institutional sales consultant at top asset management firms Invesco, American Century, Natixis and AIM.

With a passion for high tech, Maria also launched an SEC-registered RIA with a team of software engineers to develop fintech software for the institutional retirement plans market. She has also taught CFA and CFP test prep classes for years.
